!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! Yes, 0.97 from a SEMI super sedan.
Just for comparison, the R&T tested the F10 M5 and it only achieved 0.95G. Oh, and the V6s can go to. Don't know if it's that fast compared to the germans offerings, but 12.9 1/4 seems pretty legit. Like I said with my CR post, seems like only CUE (and maybe the 4 banger) are the only real problems. Anyway holy shit the CTS-V is going to be amazing.

Yea, but tire technology has and continues to make major strides. Besides, high absolute grip often comes at the cost of easy breakaway characteristics, cold and wet weather performance.
bbbuuuuuuuutttttt.....the CTS is still badass. And .97 g isn't all tire. Still impressive.

But...but the C5 could only manage .93!

It's amazing what GM can do when they decide the actually want to be competitive and throw the money and engineering behind it.

I know weather and testing conditions do play a part, but the fact the CTS out griped the F10 M5 does say a lot about the chassis.

Yeah, I should've kept my mouth shut with my Debbie downer talk. It's impressive. No other way to see it.

Fuck me, imagine if they actually put in this effort during the 70s. Or 80s. Or 90s. They had the talent, just imagine how many great cars we've missed out on because of committees and bean counters .

If they had done that I don't think they would've needed the bailout
